I’m only surprised it took so long — 30 minutes — before someone said something totally unfounded and hopelessly negative.

So of the 11 carriers in current service 8 are Presidents 2 are congressmen and one admiral. Of the Presidents 6 are pubs 1 dim and Washington who I don’t think belonged to a party as such. The new Kennedy will make it 2 dims. However Stennis and Vinson were both dims.
100,000 tons and still cannot launch one plane ... some message.

Well I would say Reagan is ok on that list!
He is worthy. He truly helped keep us free.
