He could do it and let them take it to court. I’d love to see a Senator or Congressman everyday explaining why they should be exempted. That would be some serious comedy gold
Trump needs to “work to rule” Obamacare. If it’s in the law implemented it and harshly as possible. It’s the best way to wake people up. No exemptions. Either that or just gut it but enforcing nothing (but then someone else can undo that)

I lost my son a few months ago to leukemia. Insurance did not care about treating to save a life, they just wanted to find some way to deny treatment. One word in a sentence can be used by insurance to disqualify a person from life saving treatment.
Then I hear about a “special” person who they give a new drug or new way of treating cancer, and will not offer it to everyone... it’s the elite against the rest.
New things for treating cancer are happening all the time, but they are not offered to everyone. They have clinical trials going on in many hospitals, to test new drugs and treatments, but the type of patients they consider are way to strict. And they use the word “experimental” in the trials, and insurance won’t pay for it unless the doctor can somehow change that word or know the person who is representing the insurance company.
It was only because my other son is an attorney and got into the fray, that the insurance company didn’t cancel over things over which they hoped to find a loophole ... It was almost a daily fight to keep the doctors and insurance company on the same page... and this was at Houston Cancer Center.. there is new treatment available... and insurance wouldn’t pay for anything new that might have saved his life... unless certain criteria was met.. and in the meantime, the patient looses ground waiting. When your loved one is going through hell, insurance is something that should be the last thing to have to deal with.
They are trying to not pay for something we pay into to have in an emergency... it was not obamacare... but healthcare needs to be fixed so if you pay for it, it will work when you need it.
And remember -NO SLEEPING IN BEDS err {edit} WIF SHEETS!
All animals are equal, but Congress is more equal than others.
Trump needs to threaten the Senate with this until he gets what he wants.
