Why go to NYT and create more controversy? A part of me thinks Trump wants this investigation to continue. He is always giving the fire more air by fanning the flames when the fire seems to be going out.
Mueller was never on the reservation. First attempt to pry into Trump’s affairs before the election, he needs be fired. This is complete BS. If the Clintoon crime family investigative community could not find any dirt in Trump pre election, THERE IS NONE. BTW, has Mueller decided to look into anything being done by Trump’s opponent? Of course not. I cannot explain how aggravated this makes me. I detest dems and RINOs. In fact, my new health care law would have one disenabler: no dem, lib or RINO gets any health care.
Trump needs also let go immediately all schedule A employees he did not place into office. ALL OF THEM. Let the Agencies operate with what they have till the political appointments get done. If they flounder, abolish them they are not needed.
Was there ever any doubt that Mueller would cast the largest net possible? In order to keep up his investigation, he has to, otherwise he will run out of material fast.
This is a gigantic power trip for him (and Senator Burr). The President of the United States is the most powerful man in the world, and he is tasked with calling him to account. Like a spider lurking in the dark spinning his web close to the light.
Mueller is a hack that thinks Trump is a politician. I would love to see Trump fire him and dare congress to do anything about it.
Trump could emotionally drain the swamp in one "Huge" move. Imagine the 'hue and cry' over Mueller getting the axe. There would be media rage and meetings in congress. Impeachment bills would be submitted.... but no votes would be taken because they don't have the count.
Phone lines would be lit up and sides will be taken. Finally something comes to a head... as establishment heads explode.
And, any special council is part of the executive branch. They appoint another. He fires them too. Honestly, I wouldn't worry about Obamacare or taxes... or even immigration. Congress will do nothing anyhow. Let Trump do the best for the country and bring all this crap to a head.

I don’t believe it is fake news. Mueller will do anything and go anywhere in order to bring down Trump. The only thing “fake” is Mueller’s investigations.

Sessions betrayed Trump’s trust by going soft. Trump is totally innocent of wrong doing. This whole thing is to intrude on his administration. He’s being honest. Sessions messed up here big time.
Are these Special Counsels really loose canons with utterly no restraints imposed on them? Do they account to anyone at all?

This is what they wanted in the first place. This is what the whole “tax returns” thing was all about -— making all his private information public to try to destroy his business and Trump himself. It’s no wonder at all that people don’t want to put themselves through this, and why we end up with what we have in Washington today.
Mueller is doing exactly what everyone here thought he would do when he was appointed. He’ll be looking at anything Trump ever did even if it is outside the purview of his assignment. Then if he finds something the Left will scream, “See! We told you so!” and they will start impeachment proceedings. Fire him.
