Back when the British ruled India an Indian was brought before a local Magistrate for beating his wife. The Indian explained that it was just their way of doing things. The Magistrate told him that they were now British subjects and that it was the British way to throw wife beaters in prison. In those days they didnt care about what was “normal” in a foreign land, even when in that land. How things have changed.

Liz from the first moment I walked into the American Embassy to start the immigration process, everything was geared towards the AMERICAN culture...
I was wanting to go to AMERICA and that’s where my new lifestyle was based...AMERICA...
(coming from a Western country, I understood a lot of it and already lived partially that way, but there was still some culture shock...)
Every document was designed to point towards the way it was done in AMERICA...everything said was a promise to adhere to AMERICA’s laws...
All the promises were on my side...America promised me nothing but to let me in if I qualified...
It was understood and sworn to that if there was any adapting to do...Id be the one to do it...
America was set in her ways and successful at being AMERICA...she wasn’t about to change anything for a stranger outside her gates...
either I agreed to her terms...
or I could just stay home...
and that’s what IMMIGRATION contains...

IMHO, the prosecuter in this case lacks the “cultural competency” to continue in her job, and SHE should be prosecuted for dereliction of duty!

The other day I read in UK Daily Mail..... A black guy there said the most violent UK gangs are Somalis and Congolese. That other blacks have had to up their game to compete.
