The police officer who shot unarmed, white Australian woman Justine Damond has been identified.
Police sources have named the shooter as Officer Mohamed Noor, according to Kare 11.
The officer started on the force in 2015 and, at the time of the shooting, had two outstanding complaints against him, Kare 11’s Lou Raguse tweeted.

The deceased woman lived with her fiance and was using his last name — they were set to be married in August, the newspaper reported. Her maiden name was Justine Ruszczyk.
Just to clear up a few minor points for those who do not read the articles before posting.
And no body cameras were turned on, nor has a weapon been recovered.
So when do we riot?
She was an unaccompanied uncovered female talking directly to an unrelated man. Mohammed is a police officer. He felt he had to enforce his laws. It is nothing more than cultural differences with a culture that superior to Western Civilization and Rule of Law. Shariah works alongside civil law and takes precedence in a society that is not yet sufficiently Islamized to do away with man’s laws.
