[snip]Brazen story... ordinarily trigger a front-page news story or an outraged editorial — a bunch of rich individuals asking Congress to write them a law that would give them better negotiating power against other rich individuals.

[snip]Bezos, Slim, and Buffett need Congress to help them negotiate with Google.

Why didn’t they buy Google when they had the chance?

Warren Buffett wasted a billion dollars trying to run up the price of gas in the 2008 election cycle.

Google and Facebook sell the most expensive news anywhere. The price is the viewer’s privacy.

This story is rich. And it’s another indicator we’re WINNING!

What a laugh. WaPo and NYT wouldn’t be so “economically squeezed” if they abandoned their fervent yellow journalism.

Make them market desirable - perforate the paper and make sure they are printed on high grade toilet paper.

Problem solved.

“Renovate K Street....send the lobbyists home.”

Wasn’t that what Senator McSwamp’s ‘Campaign Finance Reform’ that GWB signed into law supposed to take care of?

Another ‘bill of goods’ from our good friends in RINOland.

So, like NPR and public TV, they want a big fat taxpayer subsidy to continue pushing liberal propaganda.

Everyone know and understands the problem, which is no one wants more liberal propaganda. This has been proven by the relentless demise of newspaper after newspaper that refuses to be balanced and clings to liberal propaganda. No one wants them, they get weak, management refuses to change course, and they die... or seek taxpayer money rather than change.

Rather than adjust and meet the market, they refuse and now they want a subsidy.

Get lost, and take Big Bird with you.

Then sell them daily by the roll.

Billionaire Democrats taking money away from struggling Middle Class families so the billionaires can get richer and pay off the crooked politicians of both parties with fat campaign checks. That is one big reason Pres. Trump was elected president by the Middle Class.

Let supply and demand take care of the problem. Apparently their papers don’t appeal to the public school educated masses who are unable to read.

Does the reading public really want these people gathering their news?

They’re like beggars.....sitting on the corner shoving a tin cup in your face.

This type of “gimme da money” thinking by the press barons disqualifies them from their positions.

You’ve got to be kidding me. Each of these from their personal wealth could rebuild their papers from the ground up and not miss a dime of that money.

The corporate press is not the free press. The free press is guys like Jim Robinson and Free Republic. It’s every American on twitter, email, etc., more than it’s corporate, globalist news outfits.

They are anti free press we saw with extortionist CNN, the Cosa Nostra News Network.
