Not only a hate crime(although all crimes are a form of “hate”) but an act of terrorism. (an attempt to silence Christian voices and Ideology through violence.)
Also I heard on radio 11:00 news that he had crashed a car into an other Ten Commandments display. (that part not repeated at noon or 1:00)

Just heard on local (Oklahoma City) radio that the vandal is the same guy that leveled the monument in Oklahoma.
Perhaps Arkansas can deal with him more sternly.

Eventually, the state of Arkansas will be ready to replace this statue. This time, I hope they learn by experience to put it in more protective setting. Either put it on top of a building, or behind a few heavy slabs of rock and fencing.
Or create a moat around it. A rather unlikely solution.
