I followed the Justina Pelletier story from the beginning. It’s frightening what a corrupt state can do to its citizens. Justina was kidnapped at the same time MA lost track of children who were being disappeared while in their social services system.
The ignorant (and maybe immigrant) doc that rediagnosed the girl belongs in prison for a long, long time.
Why aren’t these doctors and social workers being prosecuted for kidnapping?
First thing I thought of when I saw the puff piece about Boston Children’s.
Why arent these doctors and social workers being prosecuted for kidnapping?
because the wheel of corruption involves CPS, the courts,law enforcement etc.
being the family found an atty willing to take them on, most likely the case against the social worker follows.
as for the physicians,they simply will repeat as needed that this was based on their findings and i could never understand why the treating team from CT was not involved in defense of the family based on THEIR findings and diagnosis.
the social workers have immense power and capacity to destroy you and your kids.
ANY interviews involving them,even for adults,request the session to be taped/permission to tape as then they cannot fabricate,enhance or enter false statements.
and if they ask why,simply state that you want an authentic and true record and wouldn’t that even help them with their notes and filings ? LOL as that definitely would shut their mouths from going above and beyond what is stated.
Psychiatrists have been doing this for decades. The courts don’t seem to care. The list of people misdiagnosed and forced into psych treatment is endless. The girl is lucky she’s alive. And didn’t get raped.
Hi, FRiend. Is this a story for your Terri list?
Yes! Thank you, I will ping it out tomorrow.
When the title does not provide enough information to follow the story - perhaps they should explain in the first paragraph what they mean by “medical kidnapping”.
To someone who knows nothing of the people involved or the conflict, the story as written is confusing.
I read the entire excerpt and I am still not sure what it is all about.
PING!!!
Update on Justina Pelletier story
Martin “Marty G” Gottesfeld, an imprisoned technology engineer/activist who used his skills to fight against medical child abuse committed at Boston’s Children’s Hospital.
....
Marty faces felony charges of computer hacking and conspiracy related to distributed denial-of-service (DDoS) attacks in April 2014 against Boston Children’s and the nearby Wayside Youth and Family Support Network residential treatment. Marty had organized a social media army to knock the computer networks of both institutions offline to protest the medical kidnapping of then-15-year-old Justina Pelletier.
On Tuesday, a federal judge in Boston finally set a court date....After more than a year behind bars without bail (including about 80 days in solitary confinement and a stint in the same detention center as Mexico’s notorious drug cartel kingpin “El Chapo”), Marty now faces trial in January 2018.
...
Marty’s message from prison in Massachusetts: “Human rights abuses aren’t just happening in North Korea. They’re here.”
....
Marty who never met Justina or her family, will keep fighting medical kidnappings.
Thanks, Kaslin
You are welcome.
Stop jumping to conclusions!!!
And the Boston medical establishment.
Remember when the English nanny was railroaded. She was a nanny to two physicians and was charged with second degree murder in the case of a child under her care who had brain damage. She was convicted and sentenced to life in prison.
The Boston medical establishment brought in eight physician to testify and I have read they apparently somehow got some physicians on the jury. The nanny didn't have a chance. Fortunately the judge reduced the sentence to time served.
BTW - A key prosecution witness, a pediatric radiologist, admitted that he would not give the same testimony today and the damage could have been caused by a number of other things. Kind of late to say that after the trial is over.
The nanny's name was Louise Woodward if you want to google more about this case.
No conclusion jumping necessary. Her name was mentioned in many stories. She’s European.
Thanks for the ping; post
BUMP!
Thanks for the ping. BTTT.
“The somatoform disorders are a group of psychological disorders in which a patient experiences physical symptoms that are inconsistent with or cannot be fully explained by any underlying general medical or neurologic condition.”
[In other words, ‘An unknown medical or possibly psychosomatic condition.’]
I plan to ping my list after July 4 holiday. Good work.
Outrageous.
FRegards ....
“BCH calls what it did to her a ‘parentectomy,’ and there had been others over at least the past 20 years.”
~~~
Creepy as heck.
And to get a clear picture, she was an athelete, so I imagine her parents watched her health, her weight, etc very responsibly.
