Hillary Clinton and her staff still have top security clearance and could access “sensitive government information,” months after she lost the presidential election and months into the President Donald Trump presidency. In the same report, Fox News said that this is the case even as the State Department has “opened a formal inquiry into whether former Secretary of State Hillary Clinton and her aides mishandled classified information while she was the nation’s top diplomat.”
“Despite being under investigation, Clinton and her staffers still have security clearances to access sensitive government information,” Fox News reported.
Fox News said Sen. Chuck Grassley (R-IA), chairman of the Senate Judiciary Committee, confirmed the renewed investigation, but the State Department would not comment on it when asked by Breitbart News.

In a private company, all access is removed on the last day of employment. Pretty sure that’s the way it works at the state level, as well. It’s even more important to have that in place at the federal level, I would think, given that level of government is supposed to be responsible for national security.
Same subject, differnt reporting. LOL! Still, why do any of them still have any clearances? They day I retired all mine were gone.

Fire whomever it is who’s job it is to yank clearances.
Without clearances, they no longer have access to secret info to sell.
Without secret info to sell, they no longer have big wads of cash.
Without big wads of cash, they can't bribe government officials to hinder investigations.
So.. you see... they need those clearances or they could end up in prison.

And as a CANDIDATE, Hillary received CLASSIFIED BRIEFINGS in the run up to the election and I imagine, like Trump, she had staff cleared to review the information she received.
That said, like in a lot of other areas, Trump has seemingly been woefully slow to cut off his adversaries and weed out holdover RATs. And in areas like this, where there isn’t the specter of Senate “approval” hanging over the decision making, I am incensed that he hasn’t taken the necessary actions.

Her heinous clearance and her staffers should have ended at 1201 hours 9 November 2016.
Bingo! The clearance must be coupled with “Need to Know” to get access to the classified information. No Need to Know = no access.
Come on Trump. This crap needs to end immediately. I can’t believe that this is true.
Does Clinton still have her clearance? Haven’t seen anything new on this.
