Richmond and Petersburg are waste pools of homeless violent beggars..I had folks begging for change on broad street in Richmond one day tell me they would kill me if I did not give them a dollar, it’s the main blvd in a medium sized city, i did not and asked a cop a couple hundred foot away if I could file charges, he said don’t bother it is a constant assault, they do nothing about it,,
