Rosenstein is susceptible for writing the "fire Comey" memo. sessions is tainted becuase he was on Trump's campaign. #3 doesn't have that problem, and the press sees Mueller as "their guy."

3) Begin more special councils on Hillary, Holder, Lynch, Obama - then he should resign.

If Sessions can’t do the job - then nominate JAY SEKULOW for Attorney General of the United States.

Trump needs to regain control of the DOJ. Only way to do it is to fire Sessions and have a new AG appointed who will not have to recuse himself. That new AG can then clean house and kick some ass.

Also, we need a special prosecutor appointed to investigate the real crimes: surveillance and unmasking, obstruction of Clinton’s handling of classified information, obstruction of the investigation of the Clinton Foundation, leaking of classified information to the Clinton campaign and by Comey to the press and ALL MATTERS RELATING THERETO,including the circumstances leading to the appointment of a special counsel.

So, tell us all what YOUR definition is! Personally, I continue to be “underwhelmed” by the Justice Department. Sessions has neither a backbone or a set, and Rosenstein is a quisling. The abject lack of loyalty to President Trump is breathtaking. Rosenstein is an SP JINO and most likely a RAT. Why in the world would Trump allow him to hold the levers of power in the JP?
