Mmmmmmmm, it sure would be nice if we were all sitting in that diner right now, wouldn’t it? Just looks cozy and inviting.
How are things going? Did you get clobbered by any storms yesterday?
Your heat has been down here! Man, talk about oppressive! Walk outside and drown in the humid air. Ugh! Had some storms this afternoon that cooled us off but we’ll be sweltering again tomorrow. We’ll drop back into 80s for highs next week though.
You must have me mistaken for someone else. Well-behaved kittehs? Here?? BWAHAHAHA! We WISH! I haven’t dragged any off yet so they’re doing well. :-)
Thought we were going to lose Buckwheat this week but things worked out to the good and he’s fine now. The kittens are having a large time romping around the bedroom and have been surprisingly nice enough to let me sleep. They get on the bed and pile on top of me and stay calm until I wake up. Who’d a-thunk, wild as they are otherwise?
Please do not go into how Jupiter is one big gas planet LOL
That's cute that the kittens are cooperating with your sleeping time. It seems that even rambunctious kittens are smart enough to figure out to be nice to the one that feeds and plays with them.

We’re thrilled Buckwheat got through this episode well. He’s a survivor ..... cancer at 11 mos. old and a dog mauling three years ago. He’s 17 now and we know his time is limited but we aren’t in any hurry to have him leave our lives.
The kittens’ good behavior at bedtime has been a big, welcome surprise. Previous litters haven’t been so kind, bouncing on my head and feet all the time. LOL!
These four girlies are lil whirlwinds normally so I expected little sleep for a while. Things could change at any time, though, so lack of sleep is still a possibility.
Great news on both counts. There were some nasty storms down there yesterday but I didn’t know how wide-spread they were.
Bet everyone’s glad the FReepathon is finally over. It did seem to drag on forever. Now you can kick back for a bit. AAAAAAHHH!

The day went fairly well though it started too early. Republican Women’s Group meeting today and they just won’t have them in the evenings. Getting up early in the morning hurts bad! LOL
The real fun was when I went to Wal Mart late in the afternoon. The car died as I pulled into the parking space and I couldn’t get in touch with Hubby. He was outside and I knew he’d be out for a looooong time so I started walking home. Fortunately a friend drove by and turned around when she saw me. Only had to walk a mile rather than the total three.
Hubby had the car towed home and after digging around he discovered the fuel pump had conked out.
That was the only snag in the day though.
How did your day go? Hope no more storms rolled over y’all. Yesterday was more than enough to deal with.
Got lucky. LOL! As slow as FR is tonight, I figured someone else would get it before mine would post.
The real world is highly overrated! :)
