Things are going well, thanks. My Canteen time has been severely curtailed - I've had a lot of things to deal with in the so-called "real World."

I hope to get back on a more frequent basis soon.

BIL's retirement house isn't "on" the beach. He has 4 acres surrounded by trees but is a short jaunt to the beach.

BIL has a fishing boat and he fishes for salmon way off of the jetty there. It’s rugged ocean, I don’t have the stomach to venture out :-)

As soon as I hit “post” the timer went off letting me know supper was ready to come out of the oven. NOW I can relax with y’all for a bit. :-)

Been getting a lot of rain lately, huh? Hey, it’s better than being in a drought! We got a bit today along with lightning and wind. Rain has come through just right so far this year to make the crops look splendid all across the county. We hope it continues.

Kittehs are keepin’ me hoppin’ these days. Twice this week I thought we were going to have to have our oldest put to sleep but things turned around nicely. He’s a tough lil guy.
Pixie’s babies are growing like lil weeds and ooooooh, are they a rowdy bunch! We dread the day they’re released from the bedroom to join the rest of the “herd”. It will be pure mayhem. LOL
