Next time I’m in D.C. to visit my son and daughter-in-law I think I’ll wander around asking for locations of Democrat functions, just to see how long it takes to be dragged in for questioning.
More like a company picnic or other such outing. More attendance so you could waste more of them! < /sarc >
Umpire, maybe?
Oh, coach. Never mind1
HE WAS AN AVID LIBRAT READER OF THE INTERNET LOOKING FOR A WAY TO SHOOT TRUMP OR TRUMP AND COMPANY.
That’s what he said. The NYT gave him the “where,” and it happened to have a convenient YMCA to provide showers and Wi-Fi while he waited.
If you are waiting for a signed confession, HE’S DEAD.
SHEESH!
A perfect position for a lobbyist! Those who provide the biggest favors win!
In any event, I hope he makes a full recovery.
FURTHER:
A NYT story with a headline about security arrangements for top politicos would have drawn his attention like a steaming pile of crap draws flies, or catnip draws cats.
And when he read it, “VOILA!” The ball park is handed to him on a platter. Ten more minutes of internet searching would have revealed it was next to a YMCA, and he was off in his van with his SKS rifle and his 9mm pistol.
“This Is Not Rocket Science.”
(And the FBI that withheld information about Omar Mateen’s Islamic phone calls is not likely to tell us the truth, even if they know ever detail from his electronic back trail.)
But none of that proves or confirms he gleaned the information from NYT article months earlier when he was in Illinois.
Again, if they obtain his laptop, and or phone, they will likely be able to determine and or confirm if he ever linked to that NYT article from his devices.
So you understand, it’s best not to assume those are the facts, that he obtained the ball game info from NYT article months ago. It’s a valid scenario of what might have occurred, but it has not been proven or confirmed.
It’s why they’re supposed to have thorough investigations which would likely reveal if in fact Hodgekinson had indeed linked the NYT article through his devises.
The most "natural" place for this broke guy to stay would have been with his family, at his home, in Belleville Illinois. But he wasn't just a broke guy. He was a broke guy who wanted to get Republicans. And he didn't stay in Belleville. Instead he left his home roughly at the same time as the NYT article.
But none of that proves or confirms he gleaned the information from NYT article months earlier when he was in Illinois.
Circumstantial evidence at this point, not proof.
This is FR, not a courtroom.
The perp is dead, there won’t be a confession.
I don’t trust the FBI to tell the truth, even if they know it or learn it, we we’re back to the top:
This is FR, not a courtroom.
Q: How do we know perp was “broke”?
The initial story was he left Illinois to look for work. That is what was reported.
I believe the initial story indicated the shooter left Illinois looking for work...That is what I read anyway.
No FR it’s not a courtroom. However, implying or suggesting something is fact prior to investigating all the information surrounding this incident, does not make it a fact.
Its why in an investigation and search of Hodgekinson’s electronic devises need to be performed, to reveal if in in fact he had linked to this specific NYT article in the past. And that shouldn’t be very difficult to do.
Again, the scenario which alleged he was “Tipped by the NYT article” by reading it months ago while in Illinois, could be 100% true. But I don’t have all the facts to say for sure.
That way it eliminates all this speculation.☺
And by the way, it's very natural for those out of work or looking for work to leave their homes in search of work...This has been going on for hundreds of years..
