"No State shall, without the Consent of Congress, lay any duty of Tonnage, keep Troops, or Ships of War in time of Peace, enter into any Agreement or Compact with another State, or with a foreign Power, or engage in War, unless actually invaded, or in such imminent Danger as will not admit of delay." I believe "deal" and "agreement" are the same thing. Jerry is being very bad.

Is this a violation of the Compact Clause?

he;s mostly just a BS artist and this only goes to prove it
he’s got super-sized serious budget, political, transportation, infrastructure, housing, and pension solvency problems at home and he;s let enemy IslamoNazi activist agents and moles take over life on his state’s university campuses..creating a climate of fear and intimiation that’s keeping many Christians and Jews away in fear
no wonder he’s run away to play BS in Communist china

I believe that he did violate the law against a private person conducting foreign policy.

He has committed the entire state of CA to it as well, as the state Governor.

Read a novel about how the left coast split from the Union and formed an unholy alliance with the ChiComs.....Coming to fruition it seems. Hope that Californians are prepared to reap what they sow!

Someone should Photoshop his head on the Neville Chamberlain photo waving the paper pact he signed with Hitler and re-caption it, “I bring you Bull$hit in our time.”
