Oh, yeah, you can usually pick one up at any hardware or sporting goods store in any Red State.

It's kinda like shooting prairie dogs, you can shoot as many as you want, but you can't do anything with the carcasses, though.

You can't use the meat, it's impossible to get those critters clean enough to eat... well, maybe your dogs will eat it, but mine won't.
