On Friday it was reported here on FR that the Supremes had granted an expedited hearing on the Travel Ban. There was no date or time specified, however.

The SG has argued that the EO is not a "travel ban" it is a "travel pause." No legal decision turns on the shorthand vernacular.

The only date in the SCOTUS order is June 12, which is the deadline for the opponents of the EO to submit briefs on why SCOTUS should not hear the case.
