Griffin should stand up and exercise her free speech rights. The Constitution protects her rights from government interference.

The entire premise of the Constitution is that the individual may do anything they please, as long as their actions harms neither the person or property of another citizen.

There are consequences in law when harm comes to persons or property because of the actions of another. There are also consequences in society.
