Five Reasons Why America Is About To Become A Very Conservative Country
SHTF Plan ^ | 6-3-2017 | Daniel Lang

Posted on 06/03/2017 4:22:10 AM PDT by blam

For generations, we’ve seen the political landscape in this country teeter back and forth between the Left and the Right. Usually about every 8 years or so, whichever political party is dominating Congress, the Executive Branch, and the state legislatures, is kicked out by voters and replaced with the other political party.

However, there’s something very different going on this time around. Donald Trump’s ascent to the oval office represents a major shift in our society and culture, and I’m not talking about the intermittent shuffle of politicians that we see every few years. Instead, the pendulum is about to swing very hard to the right.

I think that the political landscape in America is going to be drifting towards conservatism for the next 20-40 years. Though it may not be identical to what we view as conservative today, and it certainly won’t be the phony neoconservatism that dominated the past, it will be right-wing nonetheless. Here’s why:

The Supreme Court Is About To Change

President Trump has already chosen one Supreme Court justice, and there’s a good chance that he’s going to wind up choosing several more (much to the dismay of the Left). Because of their advanced age, we may see three more Supreme Court justices retire or die over the next four to eight years, two of whom lean to the left.

If Trump lasts two terms, we’re definitely going to see a Supreme Court that is dominated by conservatives for the next 20-30 years. So even when liberals take back Congress and the presidency on occasion, many of their most radical ideas won’t be able to take hold for many years.

Immigration Is Going To Decline

The percentage of the population that is foreign born hasn’t been this high since the early 1900’s...

Conservatism is ultimately rooted in Christianity and liberalism in humanism. Or at least liberalism resonates with humanists and conservatism resonates with people of faith. I am not so optimistic.

My thoughts on this article fall somewhere between wishful thinking and cautious optimism. Yes, American conservatism is rooted in a Judeo-Christian worldview, but in a broader sense, I would be happy in the short term for an emphasis on a more generic sense of natural law and moral objectivity. The left is dependendent on the inculcation of moral relativism and situational ethics, such that in their world, dairy farming is a horrid atrocity yet abortion on demand is a sacred right. Until there is a resurgence of more traditional values in the day-to-day lives of Americans, there will not be any solid conservative comeback.

Optimistic about the political future?! Me neither. The massive influx of immigrants will be voting for lots of government benefits. So will their children. And those kids will be growing up to have lots of children. It is the upper middle class that has fewer kids. The government rewards the lower class parents with lots of benefits for lots of children. The immigrants and their children’s children will flood the USA with government dependent democrats. The 3rd world population bomb will send zillions of new immigrants to the USA. And if the illegal parents do not vote, rest assured the children will vote democrat.

I agree! You are witnessing liberal piranha in the boat. Lots of teeth gnashing and a bite or two; but they will all be dead soon and rotting in the sun. Wait till we gain several senators in 2018. Their heads will really explode and create such a foul stench that even the rats will not eat the carcases.

We will have to prepare settle ALL foreign policy problems in one swoop. That means a much stronger military than we need. Flush the toilet of non- contributors. Deportation, rewarding lowlifes with $$ for vasectomies/tieing of tubes. Hitleresque but it can be voluntary.

“Wait till we gain several senators in 2018.”

Well these new senators had better be better than the republican ones we have now! Because the present ones are pretty worthless if they won’t even work to pass the agenda of elected republican President or vociferously defend him the way the democrats would defend their own.

The left is stalling, running the demographic clock. Better to rule in hell and all that.

“liberalism in humanism.”

There is nothing rational or scientific about the present progressive movement.

This country needs a new welfare law that states; “If you were a welfare child, you are not eligible to be a welfare parent.”

That is a very optimistic article. I sincerely hope he is right. I just read a headline saying the Gorsuch rejects the current cynicism about our government. I will admit that at age 70, with a lifelong distrust of government, born perhaps erroneously in the ‘60’s, but confirmed by all my subsequent years of life, I am very cynical. I am ready to believe that Rothenstein set up Trump by appointing Mueller, or that Podesta traffics in children. But I would love to find that there is a bigger demographic picture happening, so I pray that this author’s predictions come true!

The article misses one major point....the liberal media (and especially print) is in deep doo-doo. Newspapers are shrinking in both size and revenue, and firing personnel wholesale. I suspect the big network news media is in similar straits.

The vast majority of Americans believe in God even if they don’t go to church like they used to. Most were raised with Christian values and morals, even if they have wandered of late. As Americans age, they return to their childhood faith, values and morals.

Atheists are a very small percentage of Americans and won’t grow much and may contract. Muslims...who knows.

Actually, liberalism is rooted in authoritarian and criminal forms of governing, often murdering millions of people who resist. Humanism is the cover word, a lie used in circles of high powered criminal rulers. Christianity brought worth and freedom to the individual.

This is about the only way to stop the demographic shift engineered by the welfare state.

Rverything is cycles.

But just listen to recent top 100 song lyrics. Many -—certainly not all—reflect a MUCH different (and not negative) tone.

I have a piece in BigLeaguePolitics about this
