I don’t think so. Political party committees are allowed unlimited independent expenditures on behalf of candidates and they are allowed to coordinate with the candidates. It might be illegal if she was using it as a straight pass-through to forward the contributions on to her campaign, but not if she just directed people to contribute to the DNC so that they could spend the money for her.
She learned that she could become rich by scamming the system.
Pretty soon, she was dealing in the Big Leagues and caught the attention of George "MoneyBags" Soros.
And then, she thought she would have enough dough to become President of the United States.
One thing she had to do was make sure that every one was in place to cover for her if it ever got out.
So, between her and Obama, they made sure that the FBI, CIA, IRS, and the Department of Justice, etc., were all were in place to cover for her illegalities.
