I would ask: “Who was watching out for ORielly, and who’s watching out for us now?”
It’s a shame that contact with the Fourth Circuit was wrong. It’s an open and shut case, in Trump’s favor. Amazing that even the Fourth Circuit would decide on the basis of motives rather than on the law.
Strange days indeed.
Lighten up on Jeff Sessions. He’s elevated enforcement of federal marijuana laws. He just needs some more time to refine his priorities.
