I’d like to know the truth of the matter rather than just sensationalism and speculation.
If you were really friends then you would have already known what kind of person he was. If you had any real discretion he wouldn't have been your friend in the first place. Maybe he would have been simply a "friendly acquaintance."
Well, that's my take on it.
He’s being tormented by the demons who convinced him to sin. This is nothing new.
