Actually, I think that had she campaigned harder, and visited all of those places she didn't bother with, her vote total would have been even lower. There was no enthusiasm at her rallies. They were barely any better than Jeb Bush's in terms of turn out and enthusiasm. Plus, the more people who would have seen her, the less support she would have had.

I do not believe she PHYSICALLY nor emotionally could do any more speeches or public evet. Particular lying outdoor or large events where could not be shuffled out a rear door quickly to her ambulance (er, limo van). She “might” have been able to crowds. Maybe.
