John Lamb & Andrea Parker-Important information from court....(BUNKERVILLE STANDOFF)

(John Lamb at :22) ...."It looks like we most likely are not going to trial down here until July 10th .....

(Andrea Parker at 1:52)..."the government said they will provide incriminating statements to the defendants or will there be a limiting instruction each time one is brought up. The government does not want does not plan on introducing anything different than the last trial.

Now at this point Leaventhal (defense attorney) gets up and says 'Well how can you say that you don't plan to introduce anything different when you've got this', what is it, its not a motion...a letter of intent that they're going to bring up Sugar Pine and White Hope Mine and III Percent of Idaho but they say they're not going to bring any different co-conspirator statements in.....They do not feel that they need to give the exact statements to the defense...."

(John Lamb at 3:28)..."The government said that they don't want the defendants to own the jury. This is their exact words. 'We do not want the defendants to own the jury'.....they want to limit the defense to 15 minutes of questions....and the government wants to have one hour....."

The pretrial moves for the retrial of the four defendants from the first Bunkerville Standoff trial where the jury was hung on verdicts.

The federal government trying to stack the deck ahead of the trial hoping to convict the four accused the second time around.

The judge had set a June 26th date.

July 10th now is the trial date for the four men.

Ricky Lovelien, Scott Drexler, Eric Parker and Steven Stewart.

The protests continuing outside the prison in Pahrump meanwhile over the treatment of the prisoners at Nevada Southern Detention Center.

The taxpayer cost for the 19 defendants is just over one million dollars paid to their public defenders.

The taxpayer cost of the federal prosecution of the Bundys and others accused in the April 2014 standoff near Bundy Ranch is being withheld by the federal government.

John Lamb spoke on the video about the federal government's fear of social media posts like his about the trial-trials. Lamb expects more harassment from the federal authorities during the July trial, like he received during the one earlier this year.

Lamb also suggested that the federal government, according to a story he heard, is planning a mass mailing to Nevada residents (700-thousand pieces) to impugn Cliven Bundy ahead of a trial in hopes of reaching the jury pool and tainting it their way.
