Judges deserve zero respect. They’ve become completely politicized.

We have people coming here killing our citizens.

The president has tried to put a stop to that, or at least slow down the movement of problematic people into our nation.

The courts toss this consideration aside, to try to frame this as him being a racist or some such.

This is sheer insanity.

SCOTUS, on the fast track, now!!!!

We have tens of thousands of potential terrorists entering the nation as this lingers on.

What would be more important to resolve than this?

I will bet that not one of those “refugees” from any of those countries will be settled in any neighborhood where a judge of the 4th Circuit resides.

Just like the Federal District Court judges who issue orders striking down voter ID laws. You can’t get into their courthouses without showing a photo ID.

We are a nation of hypocrites.

Doesn’t the Manchester suicide terrorist precisely fit the profile of persons excluded by Trump’s order?? A “refugee” from Libya, right?

The Federal Courts, the judges and their staff, are merely The Swamp sent out from D.C. the infect the nation. They are in need of serious draining...but first they must be neutered by the Supreme Court. Not just over-turned, but humiliated.

So invasion is a civil right, and we have no power to stop it?

Immigration from any country can be prohibited and has been in the past: virtually all of Asia from the late 19th century until 1965.

No judge ever dared say the Congress or President had no such power. Wasn’t even vaguely controversial.

Where do the Circuit courts find this new power for themselves?

Why, yes, it does! The politicized Robed Ones don’t seem to give a flip.

Power comes from those who enforce the ruling.

Ignore the ruling citing Obama’s precedent of regularly doing so.

All they need to do is reaffirm separation of powers - Trump is letting them overstep his bounds.

Where the heck is Sessions on this? He’s also MIA on the unfolding NSA-FISA scandal. Nary a peep from him. I’ve lost faith in Sessions and firnly believe Trump needs to replace him with an AG who fights. This southern gentleman crap gets us nowhere.

God, I pray you allow President Trump to have another Supreme Court vacancy - no God, make that 2-3 vacancies, all liberals or moderates - during his first term. Thus may the politically active courts be shut down or at least disciplined back to Constitutional jurisprudence.

In Jesus’ name I humbly ask.

May I get an amen?

Trump should say, ‘In light of the recent attacks in Manchester and the increased chatter from terrorist groups, the refugee band in being fully enforced. POUND SAND JUDGES.’

excellent point. Trunp should emulate Obama and thumb his nose at the courts. Obama did it with impunity. Trump should instruct DHS and ICE to continue with his policy/immigration restriction. And as I mentioned on a previous post, he should fire Sessions in favor of an AG who fights for the Constitutional separation of powers. Extremely disappointed in Sessions’ performance - or lack thereof.

Not exactly, the son was born in the UK. But the father was a Libyan “refugee” long ago who turns out to have strong jihad ties, and whose sons, plural, turn out to be terrorists. So although libtards will try to pretend the Manchester, UK case is irrelevant, in fact it shows how grave the dangers are from jihad oriented “refugees” and also how difficult it is to screen or “vet” them adequately (not that the UK was ever dedicated to serious screening & vetting of refugees and immigrants).

What I don’t understand is, the President has the authority to secure the country with this ban, so how are these judges getting away with this? Is the AG going to take this to the supreme court?
