aware of information and intelligence that revealed contacts and interactions between Russian officials and U.S. persons involved in the Trump campaign Gowdy kept on drilling him on that answer. He asked him that there are 3 tiers of the campaign - Trump, Trumps immediate staff, and then those that claim to have a connection to the campaign. Which tier are you referring to when you say US persons? He would not answer. This "persons involved in the Trump campaign" can be someone that printed signs for a local rally for all we know.

However, neither Brennan nor the House Intelligence committee discussed accusations that he, himself, had colluded with Russia on behalf of Hillary Clinton’s campaign. Didn't Brennan admit to giving classified information to the Russians? But "he did it the right way" - turned around three times, said his mother's name backwards and threw a blue marble over his left shoulder. Guess that BS makes him innocent.

These circumstances are typically those that advance the cause of Islam - in some cases by gaining the trust of non-believers in order to draw out their vulnerability and defeat them.
