Saturday, The Washington Post’s Jennifer Rubin predicted on MSNBC’s “AM Joy” that the Democrats will take control of the House in the 2018 midterm elections and then move to impeach President Donald Trump.

Host Joy Reid asked, “I want to do a quick round robin and take your guys’ temperature on the likelihood of impeachment — impeachment with Republicans leading it, impeachment with Democrats leading it, or no impeachment at all.

Under Ryan’s leadership, the GOPe is likely to lose the House. This is either a self inflicted wound or the Republican wing of the Uniparty just turning leadership over to those they would rather see in charge. For many Republicans Congresscritters, they would rather see the Dems in charge than having to badly fake support for Donald Trump.

What is the strategy? Knock some deep state shilling RINOs off their perches? That would be doing the lord’s work and that is not what they are doing. Hammering away at Trump may run in blue areas, but that isn’t going to get them anywhere with the folks that voted for Trump because they were disgusted with Rat behavior.

If Trump doesn’t get off his a$$ and aggressively take the fight to these deep state coup plotters this is indeed what will happen. Why does Obama still control all the investigative arms of the Justice Department?

the GOPe is likely to lose the House.

Nope. That is not going to happen. It's the Senate that is a toss up, but that won't turn either because too many dim seats up fro reelection and too few RINOs.

No one can predict what will happen in 2018 but there are a few straws in the wind. If the Republicans continue fumbling reform of Obamacare, they will come close to losing in 2018 because they will have split their own base.

If they fail to vote to fund the wall, they should be looking for other employment. Pass tax cuts. Cut regulations-pass Mike Lee's regulatory reform bills.

As for the president, he should immediately stop tweeting and his Attorney General should immediately empanel a grand jury to indict Hillary Clinton. That would turn the base back into the fold. The president should fire the head of the IRS, the Attorney General should empanel grand jury to start indicting people like Lois Lerner.

These are steps entirely within the power of the administration to take and they should have been taken long ago.

It is time to get off defense and get on offense.

Is WaPoo's Jennifer Rubin promising like Madonna to provide a service to anyone who votes for a Demonicrat in 2018? In Chicago would Rubin include any registered voters, like the deceased or family pets?

A serious risk IMO if Trump doesn’t purge the traitors he has brought into his admin—and stop taking the policy advice of the liberal/Democrat Jivanka.

Put Rubin in context:

She is a Politico blogger who is a nobody except for the fact that she, Maggie Haberman of the NYT, and Louise Mensch get mentioned on Lynn de Rothschild’s Twitter timeline, along with Sen. McCain, Evan Mcmullin, occasionally Lindsey Graham.

What does this tell us? Rubin is a “conservative” who happened to support Hillary, one of a batch of female phony “conservatives” who are being paid to do a job — STILL — for Hillary. IGNORE.

SPOT ON -- with one exception:

"If the Republicans continue fumbling reform [no, REPEAL as promised]
of Obamacare, they will come close to losing in 2018
because they will have split their own base.
If they fail to vote to fund the wall, they should be
looking for other employment. Pass tax cuts. ...
As for the president, he ... and his Attorney General
should immediately empanel a grand jury to indict
Hillary Clinton. ... The president should fire the head
of the IRS, the Attorney General should empanel grand jury
to start indicting people like Lois Lerner.
These are steps entirely within the power of the
administration to take and they should have been
taken long ago."

I’d be more worried about Deep State GOProgressives deciding to caucus with the Democrats leaving us the numerical majority, but effectively giving the Dems control.
