That's okay. He's aligned with the left, they are not accountable to the same laws the right is. Just look at the appointment of a special council for Trump with no evidence of a crime. But non was appointed for hillary's email, F&F, IRS targeting, destruction of hard drives and many other obvious violations of the law by the left. The GOP has betrayed us.

Prior to his firing, I heard that he chose to testify to congress in open session so he could claim classified and not answer...wonder if he can do the same now that he has no security clearance...Guess he will plead the Fifth instead :(

He’s gonna lie through is ####ing teeth. Remember, Comey was on the west coast when he was fired. The DOJ cleaned everything out of his office. Comey may not know what they know. He'll probably dish everything damaging to Trump and play the "it's classified" for everything damaging to him. I'd guess the classified foil is why he wanted it public.

Nah.. he’s just going to claim classified and be silent. He refused to testify for a closed committee iirc, because there would be no such thing as classified. Why does he get away with this?
