I’m sorry, I don’t know how to post an article, but I just did a search for it. There are a few articles from the middle of January this year. What I see is that Manning’s sentence was commuted. He wasn’t pardoned. Part of his sentence was a dishonorable discharge, which means he forfeits all benefits. Since the sentence was commuted, the loss of benefits starts once he is released. So, his early release actually cost him the surgery.
Why is this piece of human refuse still above ground? THAT is my only question. He should have been hung or cut to bits by machine gun fire long ago, because he is a TRAITOR to his country.
I remember it well. And went there for the same reasons.
