Politically; California is utterly broken into billions of tiny pieces which only a miracle can fix.
Instead of ever getting better it just keeps getting worse. Maybe it should become a territory again and not a state. It’s 180 out from main stream America at this point and heading like a rocket at warp speed in the opposite direction.
At this point it is probably best to remove all affect it can have on the rest of the country politically and keep it as a resource for food. The border around it will have to be patrolled with strict movement restrictions in and out of the Cal-Zone. All retirement, banks, and social security benefits will stay intact. Welfare will be on the Cal-Zone alone as well as any healthcare. We will maintain our military presence forever and it can never become a foreign state. It must remain forever a territory with strict and limited rights and benefits including free movement due to its radicalized nature. Any resident wishing to leave the territory will need to undergo a strict and lengthy background check including all social media statements. Any sign of leftism will preclude them from entering America since it is now thought of as a plague-like disease which can be transmitted to other humans.
That is all.
Note: Yes, this was just satire off the top of my head, but in reality it really is what should happen to the failed state of California. A consideration for the area that wants to be known as Jefferson can be made into a state thereby keeping the number at 50. Maybe someone will read this in 10 or 20 years and say hey; that guy could see the future!

It wouldn't shock me if it happened in the Kali-Zone. Hopefully it would already be a territory at the time as I mentioned in my last post. I could see this happening during President Trump's 2 terms. The hate the left has is second to none. They can't think straight they are so agitated from not getting their way. The shock is long gone and now they are in the anger stage with no sign of moving into the acceptance stage in the future. I think they are mentally stuck in the hate-zone that is slowly gaining strength and may eventually go nuclear.
Heck, they need to figure out how to get rid of all the Communists in government jobs.
No doubt white people will soon be banned from holding any office or position of authority in the soon to be territorial government of Kal-Zone.

The Florida congresswoman, who is also the chair of the Democratic National Committee, refused again to delineate the ideological differences between Democrats and socialists during a breakfast with reporters hosted by the Christian Science Monitor Thursday.
“Well, I’ll give you the same answer that I gave both of them,” Wasserman Schultz said, referring to liberal MSNBC host Chris Matthews and NBC “Meet the Press” host Chuck Todd, when The Daily Caller gave the chairwoman another opportunity to explain the difference between a Democrat and a socialist.
Schultz proceeded to say “the important distinction during this campaign is gonna be the difference between Republicans and Democrats.”
...Asked at the end of her talking points whether her answer means that she does not see a distinction between Democrats and socialists, she replied: “Like I said, the distinction that’s important to talk about in a presidential campaign is one that is drawn between the Democrats and Republicans.”

And I can tell you that even now, they are still trying to finish the job with or without “legal status.”
