I would agree with you, Senator, IF low income, or any other group, were denied these services...but they are only offered abortion related services and, apparently, would not get this other assistance even if they were specifically requested.

This is a diversion. PP funding has passed and shamefully is in the slap at conservatives which should have been vetoed CR budget. What she is talking about is the new AHCA.
We can afford to lose a couple of these RINO’s. Traitors within our own ranks are out of tune with the promises that Trump made and the entire GOP rode to victory. People like Collins never shared those goals but nonetheless bring down the entire party when they go full tilt liberal.
