Poor convicted terrorist Marwan Barghouti. He just cant catch a break.
Barghouti keeps convincing his fellow terrorists to go on hunger strikes for him, while he tells them he will be doing the same for their shared cause. In this case the cause is more cable TV channels, extra family visit time, and the right to earn advanced Israeli university degrees In reality, when Barghouti thinks no one is watching, hes busy noshing.
After Barghouti instigated this latest hunger strike he was placed in solitary confinement, and unbeknownst to him, the IPS (Israel Prison Services) placed hidden cameras around his cell.
Barghouti was caught on camera eating multiple times while he pretended to be on the toilet during this current hunger strike.
The Israel Prison Services released the video for all to see.
Barghouti is serving five life sentences plus 40 years, for the mass murders he committed and commissioned.
Two days ago, Barghouti wrote a letter to his fellow imprisoned terrorists to keep on hunger striking.
.....
Sounds more like Eddie Haskell....
It’s a “Simulated Hunger Strike”.
Like these Yale grad students who went on a simulated hunger strike as a push for higher pay from the university.

What would Mad Mo’ doo?
Religion of lies.
Ironically, both Gillis and Haskel are Jewish-sounding names.

If he’s in solitary, where’s his food coming from? The prison should tell him “Let us know when you’re done with your hunger strike. We’ll bring you food, but not until then.”
That’s what I wanna know
I guess the aroma of BBQ smoke was too much for him.
= = = = = = = = = = = = = = = = =
Something struck my 'funny bone' about the above line.
I guess the jail HAS to place his meals in his room so as not to look like they are being 'mean' or even promoting his acts..
Call it a hungerless strike!
McGillis is either Irish or Scottish. Gillis might be a shortened form of that. Kelly McGillis of “The Witness” with Harrison Ford and “Top Gun”.
Haskel could be English, Hebrew/Israeli/Jewish, or a shortened form of an English/Scottish name.
Eddie Haskel became a police officer. Good for him.
Haskell is also a first name.
Names are sometimes misleading as to what their origins are as my family’s name was modified by Immigration when my grandfather came here in the late 1890’s or early 1900’s wherein his father’s name was spelled in the original Anglicized form (and he came earlier in order to bring the kids over once he had a job, which he did).
If youd like to be on or off, please FR mail me.

The most popular terrorist amongst palestinians. He'd no more starves himself during a hunger strike than strap on a suicide belt.
The Haskell that sticks in my mind is Sen.Floyd Haskell (D-Colo.) who bucked the 1972 Nixon landslide by narrowly edging out conservative Republican incumbent Gordon Allot and then pushes a far-left agenda until Bill Armstrong ousted him in 1978.
Gillis could be Irish if his first name were Sean or Seamus. But Dobie is the diminutive for Dov, which is Hebrew for “bear,” so I would say Jewish, unless there’s an Irish equivalent for Dobie. Maynard G. Krebs couldn’t be Irish, nor the strange rich kid who was going to public school for some reason, Chadsworth T. Tadsworth(?).
Is he still in the running for the No bell piss prize?
“Gillis might be a shortened form of that” or it could be a shortened form of the Yiddish “gillisse” (balded) as indeed the actor playing Dobie was, so as to hide with a razor-close crew cut his dark hair, in a part calling for a blonde. It’s less of a leap than from Julius to “Groucho” Marx.
If I remember correctly,Sen. Floyd Haskell (D-Co.) hired Hanoi supporter and ex VISTA leader Sam Brown on his staff or one of Brown’s key aides. Haskell was one of the lightest of the lightweights I have ever seen when I was covering the Hill. A total waste of taxpayer’s money.
