No Place for Hate (barf alert)

Rather, this editorial is about something upon which all Americans should agree: America is no place for hate.
However, the unfortunate reality is that ever since the election of Donald Trump as President, hate crimes that are directed against persons based on their race, ethnicity, national origin, and religious affiliation have increased substantially.
For example, according to a report published last Monday by the Anti-Defamation League (ADL), 541 anti-Semitic incidents have occurred so far this year an 86 percent increase compared to the same period in 2016. For anyone to deny that the increase in anti-Semitic and other hate-crime incidents is related to the bigotry and invective that occurs almost on a daily basis from those serving in the White House is failing to acknowledge reality.

I don't normally post such articles but a friend sent this to me after he visited the area and found this free local publication. We all know how liberals attempt to brainwash through isolated facts. No word on inner city violence committed by likely Dems vs. other likely Dems. No word on how excessively violent protesters from the left have become. Hillary Clinton and Barack Obama, two of the most bigoted people to run for office in recent years, get a pass from the left. What says "love" more than an abortion. Sad that the newspaper industry has fallen to this level.

And no word that antisemitism is strictly a lefto-fascist creation.
I do not see this country surviving: we are far too polarized. Articles like this are so devoid of anything approaching truth. Yet almost half the country would nod in agreement.
I cannot even fathom such ideas.

Yes, muzzies have attacked more often in the last few months. Is it Trump’s fault?

To quote Obama, the editorial staff "acted stupidly." Perhaps a beer summit is needed. Sarcasm, of course.

Virtually all of the anti-Semitic hate crimes whose perpetrator has been identified were done by in Israeli Jew, a Black Bernie Sanders supporter, and a couple of other hoaxers. Few, if any, have been committed by Trump supporters. There is nothing anti-Semitic in Trump's policies or rhetoric. His daughter converted to Judaism, several of his closest advisors are Jews, and he is strongly pro-Israel.
If you go to Breitbart, you will see anti-Semitic comments made by anonymous individuals, who may be alt-right or lefties posing as alt-right, but the content of Breitbart is never - to my knowledge - ant-Semitic.

If there is increased hate criming going on it is either the left pulling hoaxes or the left (BLM, ETC) attacking normal people.

Antisemitism isn’t coming from the Right. It’s coming from the enraged Left, who think Zionists control the world.

An older woman (a year OLDER than ME! LOL!) often attends the open-mike jam sessions in my area. She does not perform any music, but simply hangs out with the more youthful and "hip" musicians, CONSTANTLY virtue-signalling how excruciatingly hip and liberal she is.
She went to the same college as I did, and when I attempted to reminisce with her about our alma-mater, all she could do was wax rapturously about having been involved in PROTESTING the Vietnam War. She carries a sheaf of sheet music (Pete Seeger, Peter, Paul, and Mary, etc) to prove her credentials as a liberal.
Anyway, she had a YUGE button on her sweater that said:
"NO TIME FOR HATE".
So I sidles up to her and I says:
"So what do ya think of Trump?"
to which she replied vehemently:
"I HATE HIM!!!!"

...ever since the election of Donald Trump as President, hate crimes that are directed against persons based on their race, ethnicity, national origin, and religious affiliation have increased substantially. They're right about the hate crimes on race (whites are targeted more) and religious affiliations (Christians are persecuted more), but somehow I don't think the author meant those groups.
Also, it isn't since Trump was elected. 0bama and his acolytes (like the author maybe?) have targeted whites and Christians for quite some time now.

In that community, the last few weeks, a gunman named Kirk Figueroa was killed after shooting two Boston cops. And a person “in Spanish,” per the report, told a cop that “If I had a gun, I would’ve shot you, you guys would already be dead.” Those must be Trump supporters. Democrats are full of love.
To: ConservativeStatement
I should add, the two listed incidents were unrelated and weeks apart.
To: Steve_Seattle
The anti-semitism is coming from colleges, which are greatly anti-Israel.
