The victim then has standing to take legal action that involves worlds of hurt on the perpetrator and the righteous don’t get themselves wrapped up in assault and harassment charges for acting on emotional impulse.

Likely he’ll be on administrative leave until things cool down....in todays world the school would have to contend with more than this guy if they let him go......ACLU....LGBT ..are probably already involved...they love to zero in on things such as this and run with it.
He teaches AP history, is the school’s “Academic Dean”... and is a doctoral candidate at Drexel U., so he is (by leftard standards) supposed to be on the upper end of public school teachers for intellectual quality. God save us!!
