NYT: N. Korea's Nuclear Arsenal to Hit 50 by the End of Trump's Term

The New York Times says the Trump administration’s urgency in dealing with the North Korean nuclear crisis reflects concerns about the rapid advances in the North’s weapons programs.

The Times report Monday pointed to expert studies and classified intelligence reports that conclude Pyongyang is capable of producing a nuclear bomb every six or seven weeks.

UN investigators reportedly found evidence that the North’s factories had succeeded in producing lithium 6, a rare ingredient needed for Pyongyang's push to make a hydrogen bomb.

The report says that without any changes in the situation, North Korea’s nuclear arsenal may well hit 50 by the end of Trump’s term, about half the size of Pakistan’s.

Where was this scary headline in the NYT while Obumbles was in office for 8 excruciating years? That’s when these bombs were being improved, and never a peep from him or his enablers in the Democrat media.

Well we know they have some, because they set off tests. We know their rhetoric is becoming increasingly threatening and unstable.

The question becomes, what can we do about it?

Possibilities include:

• Severe Sanctions
• Bomb their nuclear facilities and missles.
• Surgical invastion to capture their weapons
• Targeted Assassination
• Use the Earthquake weapon (lol Russia said we had one.

That number makes a lot of assumptions, almost certainly wrong ones. It is simply not possible that the NYT, or their “sources”, have correctly anticipated Trump’s next four years of efforts in this area.

50 by the end of 2020 if the assemble line isn’t shut down. The real question is how many will support the war when the casulities rise. I am not even sure that a majority of freepers will support military action when the body count rises.

I beleve in the full use of force to remove all nuclear weapons from the North’s inventory, but it is easy to say from the safety of the US mainland. I would like to know if the Japanese or South Koreans are on board with action.
