Well, FNC and its Business News had a good run, but like everything leftists touch, it will go to shit now.

What bothers me is there is no current right leaning main stream news outlet other than FNC.

Maybe it will create a vacuum for a company such as OANN to come in to fill that void and make billions while FNC fades into nothingness. If we’re lucky the good people at FNC will migrate over to the new company that takes FNC’s place. It will probably start as a trickle then a rush then a flood of those exiting the hobbled and sinking FNC (by that time). Then FNC will be nothing more than another in a sea of fake news outlets like CNN.

All because some spoiled entitled brat of the owner (Rupert) wasn’t raised right.

James’ dream, wherein he hopes to match his father’s accomplishments, and which he has been spinning for all who might listen for many years now, is of combining Sky News and Fox News with the vast Murdoch reach and producing some ultimate global news brand.
Where Fox News is parochial and America First, the new global brand is worldly and unlimited.

Shakeup At Fox News – Bill O’Reilly Out, Broadcast Line-up Changes W/ Tucker Carlson Move to 8:00pm…

Rupert, Lachlan and James Murdoch have fired Fox News pundit Bill O’Reilly who will not be returning to the network April 24th at the conclusion of his vacation. Meh.

Fox News has announced the decision to move Tucker Carlson to the 8:00pm slot and shift their 5:00pm program “The Five” to the 9:00pm hour. The centerpiece of the panel show, Eric Bolling, will remain at 5:00pm with his own hour long program.

Effective April 24th the line-up appears to look like this:

5:00pm – Eric Bolling
6:00pm – Brett Baier Special Reports
7:00pm – Martha MacCallum (temp 100 days)
8:00pm – Tucker Carlson
9:00pm – The Five
10:00pm – Sean Hannity

More than likely this line-up will not work long-term.

The Fox Show “The Five” is not ideologically aligned between Tucker Carlson and Sean Hannity. The Five show is fraught with inconsequential gnat banter and provides no substantive intellectual perspectives to warrant a prime-time following.

The 9:00pm hour will fail because gnat banter is shallow and solid prime-time political/consequential news requires newsworthy guests to discuss important topics and intellectual discussion. Absent intelligent and stimulative guests, people tune out. Roger Ailes knew this key and critical aspect of constructing political TV viewership.

No-one cares about the opinion of the “The Five” annoying gnats who collectively end up tuned out because their voices instinctively force the eardrum to protect itself and the broadcast ends up sounding like a round table of Charlie Brown’s teachers: “wauh, wauh, wauh”. Additionally, everyone already knows the opinions and tastes of the cucumber and mayonnaise on wonder-bread punditry.

These two Murdoch are dismantling, diluting and destroying a very successful network, out of ‘Daddy-Envy’.
I keep waiting for a well monied conservative to start their own mostly conservative network. Whoever takes up the challenge, needs to know how to work the media. President Trump knows, but he’s got stuff to do for the next seven years.

One America News Network remains mostly invisible.
Nobody ever talks about what happens on this network.
Why? Because they don’t ever make the news.
That’s the easiest way to network dominance today; develop a brand or corporate personality that is vivid and instantly knowable. Mix in a few controversial interviews and quotations, add twitter and Facebook reactions to these quotations, shake, bake and exhibit.

Sometimes execs do stupid things. CBS cancelled The Beverly Hillbillies even though it was still highly rated because they didn’t like being associated with such lowbrow entertainment. They did the same with other “rural themed” shows.

FOX is all done, and Murdoch's kids killed it. It had the best ratings of all cable news outlets because it was the only one that didn't always toe the Liberal Progressive méme(s)-du-jour.

Now that the "kids" have started turning FOX News into another CNN/MSNBC-clone, they will drop like a rock and eventually either go out of business or be absorbed by some megalithic broadcast giant.

God Himself has promised to remove those in power who would hurt His Hand On Earth, President Donald J. Trump.

What happened to the FCC regs that stated broadcast stations were to be operated for the public interest, convenience and necessity? Being lied to is not in the public interest.

Loss of licenses would halt this nonsense.

Kind of reminds me of the nepotism we have in the White House that seems to be influencing Trump towards the softer more globalist side. That is my perception even though I don’t know for certain. I think Trump will resist the politics of NYC. Nothing good comes of nepotism.

This while you tube is aggressively demonitizing original conservative content creators. They get about $7.50 per thousand views for those adds that appear at the beginning of videos.

Speaking from amateur experience, editing a gen minute clip can take 20 to 30 hours.

50,000 veiws nets you $375. And now You Tube is denying that.

People here won’t even given them the click and then go ahead and comment oblivious to the actual context of the video -which is truly bizarre.

I really was expecting Breitbart to start a news network after the election, and Greta left. O’Reilly’s not a true conservative, but he was a far cry from the lies and partisanship of the other networks. I wonder if any of the other’s contracts are close to being up, yet? Of course, if they were devious, the Murdochs would have negotiated the other conservatives BEFORE getting rid of O’Reilly, but then, maybe they want them out, too. Either way, I think they’re committing professional suicide by getting rid of their most successful personality. They’re trying to silence the only fair and balanced news network, and I doubt they’ll stop at O’Reilly. Now, if they can just get the FCC to get rid of conservative internet and radio, they will have accomplished their coup. They are monstrous.
The Bible talks about the end times, when right will be seen as wrong, and vice versa. We already have that in our social mores. I don’t doubt that eventually, we will have no truth, but the Bible. Those will be days when we will know what we must believe and cling to, no matter what the cost. Pray without ceasing.
