Grocery store aisles are lined with chocolate candy bunnies, jelly beans, and marshmallow Peeps, but one thing is missing--the word "Easter."
Hershey's, M&M's, Lindor, Russell Stover, Dove, Rolo, and Twix have all produced Easter themed candy without mentioning the word on the front of their candy, according to a press release from the Liberty Counsel.
"Just as companies were trying to profit from Christmas while ignoring the reason for the celebration, now companies are targeting the Christian aspects of Easter and removing them," Mat Staver, Founder, and Chairman of Liberty Counsel said.

Nope, this is ANOTHER example of everybody on the planet fully expecting HRC to win. The designs for wrappers and packaging had to be in *before* the election to get the supply chain going on them, namely, China.

FINALLY. Companies I can boycott. I usually stock up on Peeps for target practice. BUT... If there are no “Easter” candies anymore screw them all.
I bought tons of candy for the kids and didn’t even think to look. This battle is not one that we should fight. I really don’t care if they put an Easter bunny and say Easter. The holiday is about the Crucification and resurrection which I would NOT want placed on the candy.
Does anyone really want to buy Spring Bunny and Chick Holiday candy on April 17? < /s>

The left loves the muslims and hates the Christians. This is just the next attack. I don’t know the proper way to fight back, but calls to talk radio urging boycott of these companies could hurt them in their pocketbooks. Just spread the word because this is the first I have heard of this. I will be checking for verification too.

Yes, I did a google for “Easter Candy” and looked at the images. None were labeled “Easter”.
It would be interesting to see the packaging a few years ago, to see the word “Easter”.
