White House press secretary Sean Spicer was spotted at the Pentagon on Friday, reporting for duty as a member of the U.S. Navy Reserve, according to several reports.
Spicer is a Navy commander in the reserve, assigned to work with the Joint Chiefs of Staff. He wore his military uniform during his appearance at the Pentagon on Friday.
Spicer has 17 years of experience in the reserves, according to the Military Times, and has spent his civilian career as a spokesman for the Republican National Committee (RNC) and the Office of the U.S. Trade Representative during the Bush administration.

They put quotes around ‘Commander’. Why didn’t they put quotes around ‘President’ Obama?
He’s probably thrilled to have a few days off from Press Secretary. The military job is probably a piece of cake compared to his daily job.
He’s looks so smart in his Uniform...and then there is the lying talking heads, radio show hosts and scum bag media that are so sickening in those pressers...don’t you just want to go there and slap them in the face?
I really loved it the other day when Russia’s Top guy told Miss. Mitchell basically if she was raised in a barn...I still am laughing over that...

They see him in the EASTER BuNny outfit he wore at the egg roll during Bush years.
I always felt sorry for him as the press are so evil. He seems to be a great person and giving himself to the country in two positions is just awesome. He can be very sarcastic and I love it. I think in a way it is easier to just say what you want when the press is all over you anyway.
Gotta respect him for this.

How are single quotation marks supposed to be used anyway?

Why is ‘Commander’ in quote marks?
Either they are being rationed or the few cents more was affordable (not that has ever stopped them in the past)
