Energy Transfer Partners, the developer behind the so-called DAPL, is scheduled to start delivering oil on May 14 to Illinois, according to filings from the Federal Energy Regulatory Commission. It's too bad the so-called DAPL, couldn't start delivering oil on May 1 to Illinois. The Communist/Socialist Holiday, just to poke a finger in their eye.
