I read back when this was first developed, that if someone is near this thing or in tunnels that don’t collapse, that the sucking you talk about will kill them by sucking out their lungs or suffocating them.

You're right. BUT to kill 90% of us they'll need to get a nuke up high enough to cause the emp effect over a wide area. One nuke 125 miles above Nebraska will wipe out the grid and un-hardened computers chips.
Most of us would die within the first three months.
That said, of course you're right - they'll bang for their buck if they walk a nuke across the Mexican border or do the yacht thing. But that damage is regional and we'll be able to totally destroy North Korea - and survive. We would not survive as a first world country if our grid was taken out...
During development it was also determined that the overall effectiveness of the GBU-43 can be very much dependent on the ambient weather conditions. Cloudy humid weather tends to diminish the blast effect.
The secret is in the Oxydizer. It has it’s own so the overpressure keeps going even deep into the tunnel after the ambient oxygen is used up. Also the blast can go around corners instead of a straight line. The overpressure goes much further in confined spaces.
MOAB delivery requires air defenses to be neutralized. Would take weeks or months for that to happen in NK.
Is the MOAB the same bomb as the ‘Bunker Buster’ of the 90’s?

How do you get a yacht from NK to Chicago?
I’d be thrilled to be mistaken about it, but I’ve become so accustomed to the gubmint doing things half-@$$ed, that it’s now the default setting on my BS Detector. I saw the drogue chute pop out, the wheeled pallet come rolling out and the weapon fall away from the pallet, turn nose-down, and drop like a sinker. I couldn’t see any steering or “guidance” taking place in the video view. If you have better “evidence” my hat is off to you. But if that weapon actually impacted within several miles of ONE SPECIFIC CAVE or even one complex, it was one bleep of a lucky shot. IMHO.
I pulled up Google Earth but have a hard time pinpointing the location. Drainage patterns in the valley bottoms probably varies seasonally so I can understand not being able to correlate one, or two year old satellite imagery with the video.
In the video, there appears to be terraced fields in the upper left. If in fact those are terraced fields, they've probably been there for centuries and should show up in satellite images but I can't find them.
