Susan Rice’s problems are only just beginning. One of the reasons it seems dormant, is b/c there are so many crimes to be considered.
It is possible that Obama, Rice, Farkas, Brennan, McCabe, Bill and Hillary, and anyone else who colluded in the surveillance atrocity, may have committed other federal offenses including but not limited to:

<><> 18 U.S.C. §241(Conspiracies Against Civil Rights). Violation of Civil Rights under Color of law and conspiracy. Conspiring with others to violate Donald Trump and named other’s 4th amendment rights.
<><> Possibly full investigations centering on RICO conspiracies under 18 U.S.C. §1962(c) could be warranted because (1) the persons (2) were employed by or associated with an enterprise (3) that engaged in or affected interstate commerce and that (4) the persons operated or managed the enterprise (5) through a “pattern” (6) of racketeering activity, and (7) the taxpayers were injured by reason of the “pattern” of racketeering activity.
<><> Alleged Offenses could include Violation of Title 18 U.S.C. §2 41 – Conspiracy Against Constitutional Rights – which prohibits in relevant part, “two or more persons (from conspiring) to injure, oppress, threaten, or intimidate any person in any State, Territory, Commonwealth, Possession, or District in the free exercise or enjoyment of any right or privilege secured to him by the Constitution or laws of the United States, or because of his having so exercised the same . . .” See, 18 U.S.C. §241.

EVEN MORE STARTLING: Then-Pres Obamba and Susan Rice’s infamous surveillance activities, no doubt, collected ample evidence about Muslim plans to come to the US, to infiltrate and overthrow the US govt, and kill Christians.
Yet, w/ full knowledge, the vengeful obamba launched a major “refugee project” to resettle thousands of Muslims in US communities, foisting rabid Christian-hating terrorists, criminals, torturers, beheaders on unsuspecting US citizens.
Obama made sure the criminal refugees boarded the US gravy train and received every freebie imaginable PLUS a cash stipend of 21,000 tax dollars upon arrival (from the U.S. Office of Refugee Resettlement, a part of the U.S. Department of Health and Human Services.
Obama ignored the concerns of taxpayers and state governors and began delivering violent Third World malcontents, en masse to almost every state in the US, a steady stream of Somali, Syrian, Afghan, Iraqi and Burmese Muslims.....not to mention the Central America crowd rife with communicable diseases..
Third World refugees who committed crimes in their homelands were welcomed into the US. Obama welcomed criminals from every hellhole on the globe:
Muslim Afghanistan, Algeria, Burundi, Cape Verde, China, Cuba, Eritrea, Gambia, Ghana, Guinea, India, Iran, Iraq, Ivory Coast, Liberia, Libya, Mali, Mauritania, Morocco, Sierra Leone, Somalia, South Sudan, and Zimbabwe.
Obama and Susan Rice's purposeful crimes against America and the American people cry out for justice.

FACTS ON FILE: The Paki/hackers worked exclusively for House Democrats.
Paki/hackers having total access to Democrats' official emails, is a huge problem for stupid, gullible House Democrats that employed the gang.
B/c the Paki/hackers had access to hundreds of Americans' Social Security numbers, IRS tax ID'S, and so on. Not to mention having inside info on the operations of dozens of US agencies....including the IRS.
REALITY CHECK --- When a constituent contacts their Rep w/ a problem, the member requires a Social Security number and tax ID number to navigate US govt agencies.
Yet, not one Democrat has surface expressing concern for their constituents, not one Democrat took the time to warn consituents their privacy may have been invaded and their interests compromised.
On the contrary, as many as 80 Democrats employing the Paki/hackers are in hiding, unwilling to admit to their utter stupidity in the name of diversity.

.....it is the FBI that conducts investigations that bear on American citizens suspected of committing crimes or of acting as agents of foreign powers.
In the matter of alleged Russian meddling, the investigative camp also includes the CIA and the NSA. All three agencies conducted a probe and issued a joint report in January.
That was after Obama, despite having previously acknowledged that the Russian activity was inconsequential, suddenly made a great show of ordering an inquiry and issuing sanctions. —snip—

Susan Rice is STILL interfering in NSC decisions. That’s a huge red flag.......reinforces the certainty that even though she’s out, she’s still collecting US govt paychecks.
The question is how many govt checks is she scamming? It’s an old political trick to hand-pick cronies and put them on obscure govt payrolls. Long after you think they’re gone, the parasites are pocketing your tax dollars.
Obama gave his MIL an annual 200,000 pension for baby-sitting his kids, fer crying out loud. No taxpayers asked MIL to do that. .....yet she gets a chunk of our tax dollars.
Rice has done nothing useful but swill at the public trough. Probably cashing govt pension checks (in addition to paychecks) from all that swilling.
As FReeper caww insightfully posted: Most of Obama’s appointees knew nothing about the positions they were given (other than pay/perks/pensions).
Most were hand-picked factotums from losing Democrat political campaigns....... and had to have the mojo to generate campaign money for future Democrat elections.
Their administration jobs reflected their political jobs——flacking Democats....that continued throughout the time spent in Obama’s administration.
Few, if any, of the Obama picks ever served us or our nation...or even know what public service means. The focus of Obama and his Me-First know-nothing appointees, like Rice, were all about a singular effort:
