Hmmm...

Wonder how those professors and other college staff are going to pay their bills and homes with no salaries.

1/4 of college students just won’t do the work.
When they fail to much to continue, what of the money they spent?

As long as “The Lawmakers” [copyright, DNC] get to decide who and what are considered middle-class.

Not free. Paid for by the suckers who go out to work every day.

Think about this. People go to college so they can get a well-paying job and improve their condition. Why the hell do it when the bastards are going to tax the hell out of your earnings?

I paid my way through college. One if my major incentives to never miss a class was what ever hour of class time cost me.

If you make it free, it will be even higher than that. Of course, they are still paying for room, board, books and (presumably) fees. Fees these days can rival tuition.

Of course, slots will be limited and it is possible you might get higher quality students. Time will tell.

The state can’t properly fund the schools in Utica, NY and now they want to give away free tuition. Cumo is preparing for 2020. Already the private colleges are complaining because they think their students should also get some compensation.

Correction: Paid for by the NYS suckers who go out to work every day

Solution : Get free college in NYS then move to another state with lower taxes, or better jobs, whatever.

I had relatives who picked-up and moved to California in the early 70's for this very reason. Free tuition or not, the move sure didn't do their kids any good.
