A total of 42 ineligible voters went to the polls in Putnam County, Fla., according to a Thursday report from the Florida Times-Union.
The ineligible votes came from deceased persons, convicted felons, or people who weren’t registered residents of the state of Florida, according to the report.
The election in question was a local sheriff’s race between Sheriff Homer DeLoach, a Democrat, and Jonathan Kinney, a Republican. DeLoach won the race in 2016 by only 16 votes.
The original tally showed that Kinney led by 18 votes, but a state-mandated audit revealed that as many as 430 ballots didn’t appear in the original count because they weren’t uploaded to the county’s server on election night.
“There’s no fraud. There’s nobody adding ballots. There were no ballots sitting in somebody’s car,” County Elections Supervisor Charles Overturf, a Democrat, told the Times-Union in November.
DeLoach won the race after the votes were added.
Kinney formally filed a challenge to the election results, and the ensuing investigation revealed that as many as 42 votes were cast illegally, opening the door for Kinney to demand that DeLoach be formally removed from office. . .

I vividly recall his snarky broadcast when Trump claimed there is election Fraud. Pelley sniffed in diosguss saying there is NO PROOF of ANY election Fraud and said Trump was lying again.
Turns out, Pelley is just FAKE news - it’s Pelley who is lying.
And the big problem isn’t the dead voting, it’s the phantoms registered in parking lots by democrat activists. These voters ONLY vote absentee. Probably tens of millions nationwide, but especially in critically-balanced districts.

It always amazes me how easily RATs lie! I hope that Mr. Overturf gets removed from office as well.

And it’s a guarantee that all 42 of the proven illegal votes went to the democrat.
I firmly believe that any involvement in illegal voting or fraudulent voter registration should carry a minimum 5 year prison sentence per instance (run consecutively, not concurrently) and if a person is convicted on a second occasion it should be life with no possibility of parole.
Make it mandatory that any time a person moves or signs up for and/or cancels a utility bill at a residence that they’re informed of the law. that way, people moving to a different state would be reminded to cancel their voter registration in the state they’re leaving.
It’s time to get serious.

This election race was razor thin by a 16 vote margin after 427 votes mysteriously showed up changing the result.
