“He wasn’t elected to be king, passing his reign down to his spawn and spawn-in-law.

He was elected on a platform and by a voter base that he has seriously betrayed in the early going.”

He finds best qualified people. Just because the best qualified people happen to be his relatives, why does it matter?

Regardless, he as a Person (and all REPRESENTATIVES) were elected, not his issues or campaign slogans or promises to haunches or tweets. The Person Trump was elected to lead. The individual congressmen and senators were elected to make/amend/repeal laws. They were elected, as individuals, not as a policy statement. They now represent us, regardless of your pet policies.

“Let’s hope he gets himself and thus our country back on track soon.”

That can only happen after Obamacare is clearly repealed without polishing that turd.

I’m tired of all these ‘rumor’ articles.

Robinson the creep is the first to bring up Kushner’s father going to prison and tries to put the Mark of Cain on the son.

What about Bob Creamer, felon, who was in the White House seeing Obama for over 300 times. Once a week for years! Who admitted voter fraud and inciting political violence. Not a mention by Robinson. Why?

Or Chelsea Clinton’s family who are criminals.

Robinson is a knee-kerk DNC-media journalist whose copy is not fit to line bird cages.

” Get behind or get out of his way.”

We are allowed to have a different opinion than you. Who put you in charge of purity testing anyway? I saw the same pile of crap back when Bush was in office and we had self-appointed enforcers on FR.

There is no need to go to the media. They will use it against you in the future. Just keep doing what you’re doing.

” I saw the same pile of crap back when Bush was in office...”

On the contrary, Bush is being proven right.

The 2 remaining Axis of Evil will be taken out by Trump. Trump, after being fully settled in, seems to be accepting the fact that Iran (and its puppet Syria) need to be taken out. And, of course, China’s puppet North Korea needs to go as well.

It’s the lack of exposure to the Salt of the Earth, the rank and file that elected Donald Trump. It’s the observation that Kushner is not on the same page, has not proven himself, is out of tune with the movement.

You are right.

I wish it would have been one of Trump’s sons instead of Ivanka’s husband. They would keep Ivanka in check, too.

Except that he is against all the “Nationalists” who brought Trump to the White House.

Yesterday, the 155th anniversary of Shiloh, I was thinking about you

Battle of Shiloh (April 6-7, 1862). Forrest commanded a Confederate rear guard after the Union victory. In the battle of Fallen Timbers, he drove through the Union skirmish line. Not realizing that the rest of his men had halted their charge when reaching the full Union brigade, Forrest charged the brigade single-handedly, and soon found himself surrounded. He emptied his Colt Army revolvers into the swirling mass of Union soldiers and pulled out his saber, hacking and slashing. A Union infantryman on the ground beside him fired a musket ball into Forrest's spine with a point-blank musket shot, nearly knocking him out of the saddle. The ball went through his pelvis and lodged near his spine. Steadying himself and his mount, he used one arm to lift the Union soldier by the shirt collar and then wielded him as a human shield before casting his body aside after he had found his way to safety. Forrest is acknowledged to have been the last man wounded at the Battle of Shiloh. Forrest galloped back to his incredulous troopers. A surgeon removed the musket ball a week later, without anesthesia, which was unavailable. Forrest would likely have been given a generous dose of alcohol to muffle the pain of the surgery.

Good points about E Robinson.

But we are discussing Kushner, his circle and the enormous tasking he’s directed to address, especially now, in light of the Syrian foray.

There are just now some patriots coming to the support of our President and making a good case with historical antecedent and wise tactics on how to address the PRC Chinese and the North Korean problem, and how this Syrian foray is a brilliant maneuver decided without accident at the same time as a White House wine and dine event with the PRC Chinese President.

They are also saying, Kushner, does not belong in the West Wing and I tend to agree with them.

Still, the basis of the decision for the attack on Syria needs to be addressed. Tillerson needs to make the case, and make it good.

So a picture is developing that our President is according to the Art of the Deal positioning events towards a larger deal.

Stay tuned.

I don’t trust Kushner, I do trust Trump. I hope enough people are around Trump who are conservative, constitutionally minded folks who can point Trump in the right direction, literally, even if it goes against a family member.

The best qualified people? People with no prior experience but the opposite political philosophy, which they are energetically pursuing, from those who elected him.

Yeah, what could be wrong with that? He was elected on a platform and to then bring in others, from the opposing party, to execute pretty much the exact opposite is a bait and switch form of election fraud.
