Meaning, if Trump goes to congress for approval it needs to be for War. Otherwise do not go (Just like he is doing now).

I 100% agree with Kaine in this case as should any real conservative. You do not attack a sovereign nation without Congress.
Attacking the Syrian government is a whole different ball game than attacking non-state terrorists groups.
No way, Trump ran on an anti-interventionist platform. His most passionate supporters are anti-interventionists. If Trump loses them, his base is going to be old people who wanted Rubio to win. That’s a recipe for disaster as the attacks on Trump heat up.

I’m not going to the CNN site, but I saw special timmy on Fox News this morning, saying that Trump’s alerting Russia of an impending attack through military channels was PROOF of Trump’s collusion with Russia in the election.

Rush said this morning that it was reported ( I didn’t catch by whom) that the Russian officials on the ground were TOLD before the strike in plenty of time to get out that the attack was coming. Putin apparently was not addressed privately by President Trump, but knew of the attack coming apparently...
