The term “post modernism” has always perplexed me. It bothers me because the two words post and modernism just can’t go together. By definition. The very marriage of these words suggest they must be the product of an over educated bored navel gazing hockey helmet wearing useless tenured mind. Whew. Glad I said that. Feels like lancing an infectious pustule.

I knew Schumer was a Communist the first time I saw him on C-Span back in the early 80’s. The Republicans would propose a sensible bill in the House of Representatives and he would be all guns against it. I thought he was crazed. Then I figured out he was Communist and he has acted true to form since those early years. It is amazing that he got reelected with 70% of the vote in 2016. This tells us the mindset of his New York electorate. I am sure he has learned the art of grandstanding to keep his electorate happy.
