Perhaps she should demand equal deaths working on the job...93% of deaths are men...to reach equality, more women have to die on the job. Someone should educate her on this equality.
Many, many studies show that the “pay gap” is an illusion.
It is exactly the opposite. Women, when you figure in seniority and actual hours worked, get paid *more* than men.
This is simply a falsehood pushed by the Left.
No such pay gap exists...it is a lie. Perhaps women’s tennis finals should play best 3/5 sets for the same pay.
She’s clearly opting to buy in to the discredited gender wage gap stats.

What “gender” pay gap? People who spend more time at work tend to make more money than people who spend less time at work.
We men are bigger and stronger than women. We work harder, longer and smarter. We’re less emotional and more analytical.
Why should women get the same pay as us? We deserve more money because we’re worth it.

Male deaths on the job is one indication of why men make more.
If the job is dangerous, uncomfortable, nasty, or involves having to spend long times away from home, then most of the time there’s a man doing it.
I ended the discussion with a simple observation: "Go back and look at all the news clips from 9/11. How many female firefighters did you see lugging 50 pounds of gear up into those towers before they collapsed?"

Not one person can give me an example of a female and male hired to work the exact same job, and paid differently because of sex.
Looks to me that Ivanka never really grew up.
Between phony ‘womyn’s issues’ and voluntary association with Jamie Gorelick (of all people), she has not reached a level of maturity worthy of a White House position, much less security clearance.
Half the country is working overtime trying to take him down, including those who are supposed to be his allies. President Trump is our last chance to save this country without bloodshed. But Ivanka appears oblivious to these realities.
Ivanka is not an asset to the President or to the American people. Rather, she is becoming a liability.

Not to mention, if women really were paid less for the same work, they would be hired over men in all sorts of businesses. It would just be the logical choice for a company’s bottom line.
