Her job deals with national security. Some of these "reports" had nothing to do with national security. They were conversations between Trump staff members - no "incidental" collection from an intercept with a foreigner. Not only did she have a legitimate reason to unmask those names, there was no legal reason for the intercept in the first place.
So... The new line is “zero evidence” when it comes to Rice and Obama. Baseless is saved for Trump’s tweet.
