Sen. Michael Bennet
(D-Colo.) said on Monday that he will buck party leadership and oppose a Democratic effort to block Neil Gorsuch's Supreme Court nomination.
“I will oppose efforts to filibuster the nomination, and strongly encourage my colleagues not to use the nuclear option,” he said in a statement.

Oppose filibuster ... oppose Reid Option
Sen. Bennet gets to have it both ways. And it is an intellectually consistent position to take if he says he’s doing it out of respect of Senate tradition that gives individual Senators much more influence.

I think that the communists (democrats) are just posturing. This is for show for their comrades. I don’t believe they will try a filibuster, because they don’t want the nuclear option. I believe they will make sure there are enough defections to pass Gorsuch.
