John Lamb-Update on Ammon (Bundy) and other political prisoners (BUNKERVILLE STANDOFF)

(At 3:04-John Lamb) "We did have court today for Ammon Bundy and it was a hearing that was for Morgan Philpot to see if he was able to use him as a second lawyer like second chair on his case when Ammon's tried coming up and we don't know when its going to be just yet, its the second trial, but that motion was allowed and Philpot is able to represent Ammon in this next trial, so that was good news.

It was a sealed hearing, we were not allowed to be at it, we had to stay on the outside of the courtroom. Even a couple other attorneys that showed up in support were not allowed to be in there because they weren't directly involved.

Ammon Bundy is having some protest going on himself in the jail he's tired of being strip searched like they can do all the guys. I guess they forcibly strip searched him again before the court hearing and he refused to be strip searched so they pulled off all of his clothes, strip searched him forcibly.

And he only had his underclothes on. He refused to dress back for the court. And so he told them they took his clothes off they can put them back on is what I understood so he did not have his jail scrubs on because he refused to wear them....

The late news from the "Kangaroo Court of Southern Nevada" with Ammon Bundy in his underwear (protesting constant strip searches on him) before a judge yesterday receiving good news that J. Morgan Philpot will be allowed to help with his defense.

Philpot assisted Marcus Mumford during the Oregon Standoff trial last fall when Ammon was acquitted.

Later this year he will be able to help with Ammon Bundy's defense when Bundy goes on trial other "leaders" of the April 2014 Bunkerville Standoff near Bundy Ranch.

The first trial is taking a convoluted route without continuous days of sessions for the first six defendants.

Some weeks we get three or four days of trial, the next week no days of trial.

Word as I understand it is that no trial sessions will be held next week.

“Sealed court”? - not good - just indicates that someone doesn’t want something under the light of day. I hope they are at least using a court reporter.

This whole mess stinks to high heaven.
